About Rack CorpRackCorp services are focused on the provision of state of the art IT hosted services globally. RackCorp.com is the services delivery portal of NSCorp in Australia (ACN104484906), a company that has been delivering hosted services since 2003.
Starting in late 1999, RackCorp started with a small group of engineers who built a hosting platform from the ground up. Today we employ several full time staff, and have significant contracts with datacenters in Australia, the US, and Germany, and lesser contracts with centers in several other countries.

If you wish to get down to the bare technical facts, our services are up there amongst the world's best. In terms of speed, up-time, reliability, robustness, security, safety - it's all there! While some of our competitors are on par with us in terms of technology, it is our staff who set us apart. When you call our helpdesk, you actually speak to one of our direct employees in one of our offices who will either answer your query, or at the bare minimum arrange for your problem to be sorted out.

RackCorp offers webhosting all over the world. With geographically diverse systems spread across the world, we offer a high level of redundancy at prices that no other provider can match. We even offer geo-based hosting, allowing your customers to be served from the RackCorp systems that are closest to them. For more details on geo-hosting your website, contact our sales team first to see if your website can be geo-hosted.
Once you have established your account, you can choose from any one of our primary hosting locations, and optionally have your site served from several countries - all for the one price! We have a presence in 20+ countries, so please speak to sales if you do not see your country listed.
RackCorp offers, maintains, and continually monitors several hosting services. If you are experiencing any difficulties with setting up any of your services with RackCorp, chances are the information in this area will help you to resolve your problem.

We offer email accounts as standard with all of our web hosting packages. If you need more email accounts than are allocated with the particular plan that you have chosen, you may order additional emails at any time by creating a 'ticket' in your admin area of RackCorp.
Email Redirections are also included in all plans, and can help to manage incoming emails to different email addresses. For example, you may want to set up an email redirection firstname.lastname@example.org and have any emails that are sent to this address to be redirected to all the sales team email accounts at RackCorp. Creating email redirections are especially useful as new staff may come on and old staff leave from time to time. All you need to do is go into your admin area of RackCorp and in the 'Email Redirections' section, add or remove the email addresses to which email redirections are pointing to.
Domains / DNS
You can register a domain name with RackCorp, and park it with us for FREE until you are ready to set up a website or email & other services. Choosing a domain name for your business for the first time is very important. You should consider a number of things including trying to get the domain name to match your business name - this helps people remember what to type when they are looking to browse to your website. The domain name you choose should be easy to remember, as short as possible, and easy to spell. You don't want people making a typing error when entering in your domain URL.
RackCorp maintains a number of geographically diverse domain name servers for customer use. While some people may think that using resources through the Internet (for example, downloading content from a website) is the same no matter what location the the resource is coming from, geography DOES play a part in the speed, quality, and assurance of content delivery. Until now, setting up a website may have been a difficult task for some, where the thought of having to configure all of the settings and manage all of the files was enough to deter one from doing it. RackCorp's easy-to-use admin allows users to manage their website files in simple steps, and update all the necessary configurations. If users get stuck, they can send a "support ticket" to our technical staff at any time and get the help they need.
Dedicated Servers / Colocation
RackCorp has a number of server options for clients who need a dedicated server for their hosting needs. The in-house dedicated servers range from Pentium 4 machines to the latest Intel monsters with gigs of RAM and SAS hard drives. Depending on the datacenter that you wish to host your services in, we may also offer a colocation service where you may bring in your own equipment to be hosted in our racks in a professional, air-conditioned, controlled, and secure environment.
With RackCorp's GEO-Hosting structure, you may also leverage from the GEO-Hosting service through our dedicated servers in multiple datacenters.
RackCorp has some of the fastest critical support in the industry and is why our customers love us. You will not be left alone during critical incidents, with our tech staff working around the clock to look after you and your systems. We process tickets around the clock and do not have "open hours" like some hosted services companies. The Internet operates 24x7 and so do we. Accounts / Payment
Paying for your services with RackCorp is fast and easy. Your invoice when issued will have a payment button which you can click upon to facilitate payment. We support credit card, international money transfer, and Paypal. If you have entered your credit card details into our system, then we'll automatically deduct the chosen account for you on the due date.
Alternatively, once logged in to your admin area, you can pay your invoice by selecting "Pay Invoice" from the "Administration" menu in the main menu bar. Users can manage their account details here also, and can view all invoices including paid and archived ones.
The RackCorp Hosting System has been specifically developed to cater for the needs of resellers. Resellers have a tremendous ability to run their own hosting company through our system. All features and services are transparent to the customer, and all services offered to RackCorp's customers can also be offered to RackCorp's reseller's customers.
OUR DATA CENTER NETWORK
The Internet as we know it today, relies upon the access and connection between data centers all over the world. Data Centers are the connecting backbones to users of the Internet, however, not all data centers are equal.
Unfortunately, network speed and access is not consistant in all areas. Some regions may have limited infrastructure, and yes, even no connection to the Internet at all - even in today's technological world. The process of selecting which data centers are to be included in our core network is of great significance to RackCorp, and ultimately affects our clients and our clients' clients.
While we have a presence in almost 30 countries, our main infrastructure is built within a select number of locations including the US, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Canada, France, and Australia. The facilities we use in these countries are world-class, have redundant network, power, backup, and air-conditioning, and are operated with 24/7 full support. With this ability on such a network, we offer our FULL SLA (Service Level Agreement) on all services that we maintain in these countries' data centers. While we can facilitate customer requirements in other countries, SLA's may not apply there as we cannot guarantee those networks.
Over the years, RackCorp has proven to be an industry leader in the supply and management of dedicated servers, and we continue to develop and expand into more international hubs giving greater freedom and increased options to all of our customers.
Our engineering teams and technical support teams continuously monitor all of our networks around the clock. They monitor and conduct a 'trend analysis' where data is collected and analyzed, and calculated patterns of activity (or non-activity) determine the process to offer best-option performance, reliability, and delivery for all services.
As standard, all networks have connectivity monitor alerts, and as an option to customers on our network, we also provide monitoring details and graphs for more details analysis of services including server processor usage, memory usage, storage allocation and other detailed monitors and alerts.
All RackCorp dedicated servers come with the option to include O/S Server Management. This is especially useful if you require the maintenance and repairs or restorations to be conducted by RackCorp technical support staff where you do not have the time or the resources to manage the dedicated server yourself.

One account, one bill, multiple countries - Virtual Global Racks (VGR's)!
Introducing RackCorp's exclusive Virtual Global Racks (VGR's.). With our proprietry administration system, you can order multiple dedicated servers at the listed countries and combine them into a VGR.
What this means is that you can manage all of your dedicated servers in these countries through one single admin. You can now streamline and better manage all services here rather than having to login to several accounts for services in several independant datacenters.
The coolest aspect of RackCorp's VGR's is that you can combine bandwidth from each of your dedicated servers into one amalgamated total bandwidth allowance for your account. So, if you use more traffic from one server that is allocated for that server, then you don't have to pay any excess traffic costs if your total bandwidth across all servers is still under the total consolidated amount. This can result in huge cost savings, and if you do need more bandwidth that the total given, you are charged one standard fee per GB and the data may be shared across all dedicated servers.
RackCorp also makes it easier for your accounting department by combining all services on to one bill, whether it be multiple dedicated servers within one VGR or just a combination of services that your company may use in multiple countries.

I'm on a $33 per month plan which includes all the general requirements for my website, and although it's not as cheap as some other providers (such as www.servage.com), you really do get what you pay for - for example, I submitted a support ticket through their admin system, and was answered and supported within 10 minutes.
Overall, a very good, stable, and communicative web hosting provider. Highly recommended.
