Due to good peering and "dmca free" policy I rent two server with PrivateLayer.
Their network had many peering and security problem till last year, but now most of them are resolved.
The biggest problem with PrivateLayer is their useless support! In case you have an emergency problem, you should wait more than 16 17 hours for them to reply to your ticket, as the ticket system is the only way for technical issues support.
I am hosting VPS on these servers and I can not tolerate such problems again, so I decided to migrate from this datacenter and never get back again. I am using more than 10 datacenters in US and EU and PrivateLayer is the worst!
