Purchase linux reseller package advertised using SSD. It is very fast, 100% uptime so far. Good value for money.
I came to the premiumreseller.com web hosting and after a month of bad service I left there hosting. I found that they just keep on billing me even after I closed my account. At this point my bank had to close my debit card to stop premiumreseller.com from charging me

I posted on a site a while back about premiumreseller.com charging us for hosting after we closed our account. We contacted premiumreseller.com before the charge for the next month of hosting and closed our account. Two weeks later we get a $9.99 charge from premiumreseller.com, we contacted them again and said our account was closed a short time ago so please refund our money. After a few days we got this rude email from support at premiumreseller.com telling me I was a scumbag scammer, just all kinds of trash talk about being a deadbeat. I told premiumreseller.com if there that hard up for 10 bucks keep it but don't change me again. The next day I get an email showing that they charged me another $9.99, I had to cancel my card to get premiumreseller.com to stop charging it.
Please take a minute and look at what people are saying before you go to premiumreseller.com. Host Gator is great hosting with no games
I found that premiumreseller.com got caught using Michael Rogers of Dallas Oregon LATE wife's credit card. It seems they keep credit card info in a personal server and once you close you account they wait a few months and go back in and start charging you again. In this case Michael got an email stating there was activity on Michael Rogers LATE wife's credit card from premiumreseller.com, when Michael contacted them all this slander started on the net, like this one on rip off report, Michael Rogers Reporting Michael Rogers true cloud host. How stupid is premiumreseller.com, I see there are quite a few people they have wronged on this site
Beware of premiumreseller.com, they will use your account information and name to get account on the net, we caught them doing it. Months after my account was closed we started getting odd email and $9.99 charges on our credit card. We found it was premiumreseller.com and that when you use a credit card with them they save your credit card information. I knew I soul have used a third party checkout like Paypal or Payza but you think a place is on the up and up and see what happens.
We found 2 accounts opened in our name leading back to premiumreseller.com, they used my name, address, credit card info, just everything. We have found 2 charges to our credit card that leads back premiumreseller.com too..
I moved my hosting to TrueCloudHost.com where they only use a third party checkout and no credit card information is needed..
I've been using a linux reseller package from premium reseller for over a year. Support is helpful and right to the point. Powerful server they recently transfer my account to a new server with ssd drive and 32GB ram. It's just lightning fast. Happy customer here!
Signed up vps special plan a few months ago. My VPS was set up in 2 hours. Great uptime, fast disk IO & CPU, never experience any problem so far.
Can say that PremiumReseller is excellent webhosting company, uptime 100%, fast support team, fast servers, price is very competitive for quality service.
The support guys generally know their stuff as well which is a big bonus for us.
Setup was a breeze and it's been smooth sailing since then. This is what a hosting service is supposed to be. Highly recommended.
I signed up windows reseller package a few months ago. PremiumReseller offer all the features needed like MSSQL 2008 R2 databases, latest Asp.net framework, Smartermail. I never experience any downtime, service is very stable. Support is responsive. I'm very happy with their service.
I do not at any stage expect a consultant to be rude to a customer irrespective of how stupid a question can be. But this is one of the responses I got from a consultant called Peter:
Just unbelievable. You have problem on someone's server and ask us to fix it?
You pay $9.95 per month and ask us to fix problem of someone's server?
Are you kidding me?
DO REMEMBER THAT it's very annoying to deal with people with little knowledge but demanding and think they are smart and knowledgeable.

This is while my customer wanted to transfer their hosting to a new provider and wanted to find out if everything dns etc. had been deleted on my server.
They have a good price to start your reselling business but this the type of support and attitude you can expect from them.
I have been using their service since June 2009 to host some personal domains. Starter reseller plan is exactly what i need. Service is excellent with great uptime & very fast server, load is always below 1. I can't recall any downtime at all.

I have been suspended in the 5th day of hosting.
14 hours of downtime for an account with 10 sites, and support did not want to solve the problem.
They say i abused, but i don't need to know what they call abuse.
Aditionaly they charged me 50$ because i requested a refund of 9$. Guess that's how they make their business, disputing clients. Told them they'll go out of business soon with this rude support. BTW, i was "handled" by Peter.
i had a great working site and was scheduled to demo it to my client the next morning. when i quickly tested the site that morning, i received a
503 service not available error
i quickly submitted a ticket with a severity set to "critical" (highest)
after 6 hours i STILL have not received any response from them. i've emailed them. i even called them (you have to listen to about 60 seconds of music before getting to their voivemail) and left a message.
