Worst provider.

Website always down. Every month we have a problem with them. The longest period that we don't experience any trouble is 4 months I think.

I've been using as my web hosting provider, and I am happy with it. All these negative reviews were not updated. I am currently a customer of Philwebservices and I truly I can say that my site has no downtime from day one. I always call their customer support if I have questions.

I have been with Philweb for 3 years already. Our website is frequently down (weekly/monthly) even after their recommendation for upgrade. I am definitely moving to another provider. My patience was already used up for the 3 years of always calling their attention on the matter and slow response and action.

Most worst hosting and SEO company
Our domain was always offline, we paid SEO and never got results, they let you believe good keywords, no one is looking for, our sales drooped by 600%, d not use for hosting and SEO, because SEO they cannot do at all.

How did this company go from being so good to so awful? Well, to start with they had one blazing fast server with dual quad core xeon processors enough ram to sink a battle ship and an excellent uplink to the net. They then proceeded to fill this server with 600+ domain names (some of which should really be on a dedicated server) and they never expanded their infrastructure. Using Google's webmaster tools I can see my domains load slower than 96% of all other websites and I experience database connection errors and downtime daily. They have recently rented a new server which was promised to be an end to the problems which it may have been, had they decided to keep the old server but no, everyone had to update their nameservers and take a backup of their site to move to the new server before they switched it off. Luckily I caught the single email from them explaining what would happen but had I missed it, 7 days later the server was switched off. Today I have bought a reseller package [read more...]

This web services company is so frustrating. I had a project which was done by their programmers. First of all the quality of their work just sucks. I hired 2 programmers to finish my website. They quoted my website to be finished in just 1month, but it was finished for 3 months instead, so much money and time was wasted on my part. By the time they finished my site, it was full of bugs that I had to redo my website specifications and simply quit their services. So much of my money was wasted. I learned my lesson. Better give my projects to well known freelancers.

very dissapointed
I am very disappointed with this company. The site is down at least twice monthly and usually when I am right in the middle of a edit of a wordpress file so both the new post and site completely disappears. Wastes lots of time. Better to find another host as I will be doing shortly.

I've been with for years now. i've also hosted/referred a lot of clients on their server. when i started hosting my sites in their server their service is quite good. there are a few minor downtimes but very minimal. one thing i don't like about them is that they implement sanctions without warning. there was a time our account was suspended for having too many sql queries. i'm well aware that they did not specify an amount/cap for such. Another thing to hate about them is their incompetent tech support. Recently Our site has been down for more than a week due to A LOT of technical problems on their side. they kept giving out false figures about their progress on their restoration though as if they we're working very hard to restore everything. WTF! i'm really pissed off with their server. And what's worst, whenever i send them an email, a pm or a call no one is answering.

My website is down for more than 12 hours and yet no clear explanation give and not provided ( not even explain why this service breakdown happened).

The customer service initially got live chat but after a while they remove the technical chat with only sales left open. I called them and someone i spoke to is saying they will be able to fix it in an hour and also said they will call me again but never did.

They have several occassions of downtime with no specific reasons that really affected my business. I will be changing my hosting vendor and will never take Philwebservices services anymore. Will also not recommend them to anyone who would like to host their website.

Below are the actuall communication i have with them, this was after more than 12 hours of downtime:
