😁 One of the best route to China, great offer and Colo price. About "blacklisted IPs", my customers dont care those gross third-party evaluation agency. Their service and support is good, it is unfire to give them a very low rate just because of "blacklisted IPs" which caused your Stockholm syndrome.

Coming from Quadranets press release, it looks like Mr. Hancock used to be a pretty important guy. So without doing a little digging, it would make since how he could easily have such a title. Though I did get curious after seeing the news circulation and did a small search.

😠 Quadranet SUCKS
We have had the worst experience with www.Quadranet.com as the host anyone who pays them. Most of their customers are cheap Chinese webhosters along with adult. their Ips are all blacklisted as they have all been used in some sort of a criminal activity. Stay far away from Quadranet / PacificRack.

Stay away from the worlds worst Colocation / dedicated server provider. Despite their made up reviews on webhostingtalk which is the reason we went with them, they are always down with the worst support.

😞 I was not a customer, but rather a client for one of the sites hosted on their servers. Their network configuration is problematic and they don't have the staff that can fix such access problems. The person they have is impatient and truly unable to recognize problems that are not obvious.

Aug 18: server (204.152.194.192/29) was delivered.
Aug 19: I canceled the server due to bad network and rude support. one staff said I was laying; then he regretted, here is the original reply "I want to apologize for being rude. I was upset because we have indeed put in a
lot of time to try and resolve this matter, and I was frustrated. Please accept
my apologizes for insulting you, it was not my intention. I hope that you see
because of how emotional I got that it is a very important matter for us to
resolve this and I was frustrated because of the issue being caused by the China
ISP's. We want to make our network excellent for Chinese clients, it is one of
our main goals, so please accept my apology and let us move on and continue to
work to resolve this."
Aug 19: Billing Dept. followed the ticket, "
I have processed your cancellation request,
your server has been scheduled for disconnection
immediately. I have sent in your [read more...]
