😠 I'm talking about the Onlydomains.com scam.

I bought a 25$ .nu domain name from onlydomains.com. They said that the registration period is 2 days on their site, but it has been 1 week and they did not register my domain name.

I sent a message on the day I paid, they informed me that it would take 2-3 days. I waited 4 days and still no feedback. I sent a message again after 4 days. The answer given to me was that they informed me that there was missing information. I completed the missing information, I sent a message again, I waited 3 more days and they still did not give any feedback. At the end of 1 week, I asked for a refund. 2 days passed, they did not send messages again. So I gave up on getting $25. I donated to them.

Please do not buy domain name and host from onlydomains.com. These people do not know business ethics.

😠 Hey there, you are very lucky if you are reading this review, so after 1 day of making a successful purchase at onlydomains.com i am writing this review. So this review is based on domain purchase and their customer support team.
So guys if you are planning to purchase a domain then don't ever try to book it from onlydomains, maybe they will give you it at slightly low cost but there is no proper support for your domain instead they will blame you and your team, and also block you from chat support and they will not reply to your ticket. all these faced by me.
Also if you are planning to purchase any hosting then switch any other hosting provider because these people are very offensive and not helpful at all. better to switch to godaddy or bigrock or 1and1 but never try only domains. their support team won't help you at all. as I said before they will block your IP from sending chat messages and will not reply to your tickets.

😠 I have hosting accounts with 3 companies, but these guys should be a case study for ho w to operate the worst hosting company in the world. I use them only for email hosting since I had to move my websites to other reliable companies. My sites were actually hacked all the time. Now even my email has been hacked a lot of times and I had to go through a time consuming procedure to unblock it. This last time I called their support, as usual and I had the worst experience I ever had on the phone. These people are incompetent. Not only they are not able to provide the slightest security for their hosting but their support is a disgrace to the word "support". I wouldn't suggest them even if they offered their services for free. I do understand they have problems with their security, but I do not understand how a cheap "support" person can have this attitude towards a client. Unprofessional, rude and useless.
