😠 Nexx has serious technical issues. Aside from the absurdly slow loading times for any site I tried to host with this service, for some reason their servers had catastrophic problems with browser compatibility. The sites would load different on each browser. For instance, in Firefox I would be able to load any changes I made immediately. However, in IE, Opera, and even Chrome, the server would load an old version. This was not a local cache issue as the problem persisted across different computers.
Transferring all my files and settings to a new server (24-7 Host) relieved all issues that Nexx created and sped up loading times by at least 300%. For $5 a month I can actually use what I'm paying for, so it's not even a point to compare the two.
Nexx did not once respond to a technical support email about this issue (I waited for 2 months and still...nothing).
I had the $10 for a year plan which sounded like an awesome deal but--believe me--don't waste your $10.

😠 there is no forum to helps users with set up and they do not have anyway to reach customer servce except via email. which you recieve NO, i mean 0, nadda, no response on. Great PRICE but not when you dont get great service. If nexx where a phone service it definitely would no be called Verizon.

My two hosted domains have been inoperative twice in the past week. So, you cannot rely on Nexx to have your website available to the public.
I am so frustrated with them right now. I am regretting my decision to go with them.
Although the price is right you will curse yourself for not going with a more reputable host. The reviews posted on this page are probably not from real users. Just beware.

😠 For web hosting, nexx has been fine. However, in the last year we have had problems receiving e-mail every two months or so. Sometimes we don't receive email at all for one to four days, for an entire month we received email 10 to 14 after it was sent. When we contact them for tech support we receive absolutely no help. Many times when there is a problem there is no answer from email inquiries and their phone is busy all the time. When the issue is resolved days later - we get an email that says something like, one or two of our customers had a small problem with email which is now fixed. Clearly, not the truth.
