😠 Nittigritty people are Cheaters
They are cheaters and when we call they say we cannot visit our site and later we do what ever they say, they will have very smart answers to not to return our money in few dollars. They are one bastard company, better don't ever think about doing any type of transaction with them.

Our support works 24/7 over email and our support desk. We do not visit client sites for support and never make such a claim that we would. If your shared hosting account is less than a month old, we can cancel and refund. If it is a domain, registries allow refunds for cancellation within 3 days. Beyond that, there are no refunds and this is clear in our terms of service. We would appreciate if you write to us from your actual name and email address rather than using fake profiles to bad mouth an honest, earnest and hard working team like this.

😠 nettigritty is worst
What ever we ask they will ask us to send through mail. We hosted our mail server with them. If we call and say our mail server is down, for that also they will ask s to send the screen shot using other email to their support mail id. If we ask for any solution, they will Google it and send us the link. Technical support is very bad. We stopped him and changed to a new vendor. Now we are very happy.

The only time we will ask to send a screenshot is to determine the error at your end when a mail server is not actually affected and you are facing connectivity issues or other errors. If there is an issue on the server side, we would work on that without asking you further details.
