😠 The worst webhosting service ever
They have the worst service ever. Everyone should stay away from them. Am only stuck with neosurge since they refused to refund me and I don't just no where to lay my complaint. I have email evidence to support my claim. From my experience brian is doing this as a part time job since it takes more 72 hrs to receive a response from him and that's if the respond at all.
Everyone should look somewhere else or sue them.

I signed up because of cheap price and ask you to go have a coffee and by the time you are back your vps is ready. i finished my coffee , lunch, dinner still no sign of vps. after 3 days i emailed them and they promised to have me setup in less than 12 hours. its been 24 hours now and i finally had to cancel my account

😁 I was tempted by the cheap VPS deals and looked at the BBB site for a review based on a few of the ones I read. They have an A+ rating. I was thinking that some of these are fake reviews by competitors and figured I'd try it for a month, no major loss.
In short, amazing service, they are dedicated to making sure you're running. The problems most of these people seem to have is because they don't know what they are doing. If you want your hand held and don't anything about putting up a website, go pay more money for shared hosting and watch your site crawl. This is an amazing deal for cpanel or barer bones hosting still with a VPS control panel and uptime and speed are top notch, unbeatable at this price.
So far almost 5 months without a hiccup, except once had a little problem with mail but ended up being a little hard disk corruption and they even fixed that for us too. Everything working smoothly. Easily the best VPS hosting I've used and I've been through more than a dozen.

I used to do some hosting with OLM and other large places and found that they are not comparable to what I get here. If I ever have a problem with the VPS, which is rare, they fix things very quickly. They have full cpanel offered. I don't know what else you can want.
Looking at the 2 bad reviews, they are from people who used Neosurge for two hours!!! LOL. I'll bet they are from competitors. Send me an email if you want. I'm a real customer and person.

😁 I read the reviews here and these jokers sound like they have ADD. Some guy is losing his mind that a glitch in setup wasn't fixed within hours of when he signed up (perhaps at 1am, who knows) and then he decided to cancel hours later because... well... who knows? Then he logs in and it's all magically working. And then he has to challenge Paypal to get his money back if he never used the site? Why don't I believe this? The second guy uses the owners name and he just says "nothing worked" - and then cancels the service hours later. Why don't I believe that NOTHING worked? Have you ever troubleshooted your own stuff?
Anyways, I'm not Neosurge. I'm not related to Brian. 😠 Signed up as I had a server down and needed to get a replacement up ASAP so a cheap VPS solution with "Instant Activation" sounded perfect.
Only problem was the "Instant Activation" NeoSurge advertised was far from instant. They instantly took my money but after two hours there was still no sign of a VPS server.
I contacted support and recieved no response for hours, by which time I decided to go elsewhere as I still needed to get a server up ASAP.
I also contacted billing saying I no longer needed the service and requested a refund, after several days I recieved no response (except for an automated one saying my ticket was closed due to inactivity).
I have since logged in to find the server has magically started working, but I never recieved a response to either my technical request or refund request.
Sadly I have had to raise a problem via PayPal to try and get my money back that way, really shouldn't come to that!
Shockingly bad service, don't use at any cost!
