😁 Saya pengguna MasterWeb sejak tahun 2014. Saya hanya membeli paket hosting di MasterWeb, hosting tersebut saya gunakan hanya untuk membuat banyak email. Awalnya saya membeli paket Lucky Cpanel, namun kebutuhan akan email semakin tinggi, sehingga tidak memungkinkan menggunakan layanan shared hosting lagi, akhirnya saya beralih ke layanan Cloud Server MasterWeb yang kapasitas nya jauh lebih besar. Selama ini email saya berjalan dengan baik. Kendala yang muncul hanya ketika server sedang mengalami gangguan saja seperti bulan Januari 2020 yang lalu. Gangguan tersebut terjadi selama 1 minggu, dimana semua email penting tidak bisa masuk dan tidak bisa mengirim email. Mungkin hal ini bisa ditanggapi lebih serius oleh MasterWeb agar tidak terjadi hal yang serupa lagi.

Dan akhirnya benar saja, ternyata harga murah yang di tawarkan benar-benar sesuai dengan kualitas hostingnya yang murahan. Setelah itu saya sadar, ternyata murah tidak menjamin segalanya. Akhirnya saya memindahkan kembali hosting dan domain saya ke Masterweb. they said that online support is excellent, but actually it's very hard to contact. if you complain, they will reply you after 30 minutes waiting in chat room. we use their service for business purpose and every day always have bouncing mail, not delivered, or delivered after 4 hours or even more. currently all mail with attachment cannot be send, they said because it's over 25M, but actually even 274KB cannot be send. I'M WILL NOT RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS, THEY OVER ALL SERVICE, SUPPORT AND PRODUCT is half star

Masterweb is fantastic hosting. They have 2 control panel, cPanel and sPanel (their default control panel hosting). I like to use SPANEL because they allow me to access shell/ssh.

The customer support is helpful. They solve my problem only a minutes for the problem that i can't solve for a week. Thanks for mwncare_wim, mwncare_masdim and mwncare_ade for your patience and thank you for handling problems quickly and creatively.

Now, I believe for using Masterweb as my hosting in Indonesia.

😠 In the past I experienced order processing delay due to the absence of billing staffs over holiday. Understandable. Hence I opted to keep a deposit with them to expedite future transactions. Little to my knowledge that once you deposit some money they do not send you any notice at all before applying my deposit to any incurring charges. Take an example of a charge for one of my hosting accounts. They issued the bill stating it's due date, 30/1/2011. Three days before that I opened a ticket to terminate the no longer needed service and ask for a refund. For some insensible reason they turned down my request and gave me a link to their rules.

Anybody in their right mind would see the problem right away, they applied my deposit too soon, way before it's due! They won't reverse it and shoved me the rules! Way to treat their customers.
