Es una empresa muy poco seria. como necesites soporte puedes esperar tranquilo. Cambian los datos de contacto por que si, sin autorización y después de dicen que no eres el mail registrado.
Luego te contestan cada 1 semana, con un dominio vencido y pidiendo por favor que manden la factura solo da para pensar que quieren que pase el tiempo para cobrar más pasta.
Si eres profesional, no puedes confiar en esta empresa que no da soporte, te dejará mal con los clientes. Si eres particular y no sabes mucho, olvídate que te ayuden ¡NO LO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOSTING!
