I have had absolutely no problems with this host since I signed up with them about a year ago. The thing I love about Martfox is the fact they do not require you to sign up for a year contract but instead you can pay on a month to month basis. Martfox.com offers (IMO) the best Reseller and VPS hosting program on the web.

😠 Martfox poor service! AVOID!!
Martfox has to be the worst web hosts around, had various issues with the website always going down..... not unknown for it to be down for several days at a time, this is not good if you run a business.
Support is no better as well, rude staff who have no customer service skills, unhelpful.
All I can say is, if you value your business do not go near this hosting company, they will destroy you business in no time.
Compared to other web hosting who offer phone support, online chat Martfox are still in the dark ages..... hard to get hold of and can take a day or more at times to get a reply from them, they hide behind the ticket system for support, if they had to speak on the phone they would be useless, rude, arrogant.
It sums it up for me when even Martfox went down once for a day or so because they did not have their website on a seperate server from customer shared hosting accounts.

Martfox have destroyed my website and my business. About 2 weeks ago Martfox decided to move my site to another server without telling me. As i was away on holiday at the time my site was down for 3 days without me realising it was down. I contacted Martfox, and a day or so later they told me to change my DNS to another server. I did this and my site was still down, so i contacted them again and they told me they had given me the wrong DNS info, and gave me another one to try. This still did not work, so they decided to suspend my account, and put up a page on my domain telling all my customers and any potential customers that my account had been suspended. When they finally gave me the correct DNS info about a week later, my site came back online, but it was full of errors, so i contacted Martfox about this and they said it was nothing to do with them. The site has been working fine with other hosting companies for 5 years until this Martfox cock up. I am now going to have to pay out

This will happen to everyone to save other customer accounts on a shared server. Also we don't "...just charge you money improperly and refuse to do any refund..." - the costs you have been charged for have been clarified in our support tickets. We can understand that such issues are unpleasant for the customer, but the staff which has worked on the issue must be paid as well.

😁 It was so long ago I hardly remember. It wasn't much harder than getting my domain registered and sending a few e-mails to Martfox.com to get my DNS addresses to add. I got me root password and could either go directly to a console or use Webmin. I Know they have CPanel, but this is working fine for me.

😁 I've worked with a large number of companies over the years and their promises are way over their performance. They almost always slightly mislead you as to their true capabilities. I've been through several different hosts now, and now that I found Martfox web hosting I haven't switched since. In my 1 1/2 years with them, their customer service and tech support are exemplary.
If you run into a problem, it is most likely and temporary error that every host has or a user error that can be easily fixed by contacting support. Friendly, fast, helpful are only a few of the dozens of adjectives I could use to describe their service! They have gone overboard with me on several occasions and they performed exactly what I needed.
They are professionals of the highest caliber, their performance in getting it done, is just outstanding and at every level and with everyone I've worked with at Martfox.

😁 I switched to Martfox Hosting because I was thoroughly frustrated with my previous host. I hosted my own website with my former host and because I design websites I would recommend others use them. I used to get good service from my former hosts but for my last 6 months, the uptime was horrible, they always blamed somebody else and never got the problem corrected. My experience with Martfox, has been a good one. Their uptime has been better than promised. I love being able to communicate with tech support three different ways and they are super friendly and courteous. They have always understood my problem and if I want them to, they will take the time to explain how they fixed it so I can do it myself for other clients or just go ahead and fix it for me. I've never had to wait very long for help and it's a plus for my communication that their techs are all located in the UK. The control Panel might be the same as others but their customer support is what sets them apart.
