They are simply don't know the importance of mail server, sql server etc. Their support team is not capable to do anything. I think they are only reseller. Even they have no common manner to revert the mails.
I tried several hosts in the past, even had my own VPS server. None come close to m6's service and experience. Now I pay less and run my web site on a shared hosting account.. everything works as good as on my VPS.. I decided to change my provide cos I didn't have the pay money for VPS, so decided to transfer all my files to
m6 shared hosting account. Speed connectivity is the same and their support is always ready to help. I'm really happy with them so far.
Think about it this way, I had to talk to them so many times, that I am starting to know which ones are nice and which ones not.

Sales will answer your questions promptly via email, after you pay that's the last you'll ever get from them, except run-around. Plesk control panel takes 2 minutes to load a page - if it even works at all. I immediately requested refund for 60$ - never heard back from them. TOTAL SCAM. And don't believe the fake, glowing reviews here that are obviously written by the guys running the M6 scam, either.

My Client sent them a mail, and their Mr. Rakesh without getting to the depth of the incident sent a mail to my client that this domain is down because of Non Payment. I almost Lost the Client, I had to immidiatly setup another account with four times more cost then I charged to get out of this situation.
They are Not Bothered about any bodies reputation, they are not bothered about their own words and they are not ready to talk to understand if the other person is right.

When i submitted a support ticket, it was a vicious cycle of waiting for hours/days for a response to finally be told to "check your code" OR have the support ticket deleted completely.
When i finally requested a refund, my passwords to the control panet and support tickets were changed and I had no access or response from the support team regarding cancellation and refund.
When you try to call the numbers listed in the United States, you get an answering machine.
From what I have read from others, I'll never see my money.

They don't care about providing quality service, tech support or responsibility for their system that spat Plesk fatal errors every time I tried to add email accounts to my domain.

I hired a designer plan hosting on july 1st. After several testing I decide to cancel the account. I asked for my money back refund.
Today, Nov 2nd. There is no money issued from m6.net
I person named BEN e-mailed me that the money was issued. I sent him statements proving that there is no money, and I've been sending several e-mails with no reply.

NO customer service, NO support whatsoever. And when you go to their control panel, the security certificate lapsed, so IE tells you not to go to the webpage. That's GREAT advice. STAY AWAY FROM M6!
I registered with them because they provide ASP.NET 3.5 + AJAX. Initial setup took 4 days whereas on their website they say within 6hours.
I uploaded a small test program but it didn't work, probably they dont have AJAX installed. Logged numerous tickets and all i got was "we are working on it".....
I sent an email to cancel as after using only 4 days i wasn't happy with the service. They said they will cancel but refund will take place after 1 month.
I sent them a lot of emails asking why it will take a month but received no response from them.
They are the worse company I have used. I should have read reviews.
Price wise they are not cheap either, i have used ucvhost.com ($12/year) cheapest you can find and even their support is good.
PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE! GO to webhost3life.com or ucvhost.com or crystaltech.com or any company but not them.
It all started when I saw their website with good offers. Their website looked very professional so I wrongly assumed their staff was too. It said also that they had a 30 day money back guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with their service, you can cancel within 30 days of signing up. So I decided to give it a try.
I signed up for the Flex Plan where you get 7 websites with a free domain. As I'm ordering, I couldn't find where to specify what domain I want for my free domain because that's the one I want to use with the hosting. I found out in another page after doing some research that I have to submit a request to create my free domain after I pay for the web hosting. I didn't think it was a big deal, although it seemed odd that a web hosting company couldn't create a simple script to add the free domain during the order process. I signed up anyway.

Poor Customer Service
I signed up, they triggered the my credit cards fraud protection, and then it errored when I tried to change the cc info.
Though the Credit Card declined they registered my domain, and kept it hostage until I paid them for it. It took me over a week to get them to set it up so I could pay the registration fee to unlock it and transfer it, and though I have paid for it, we are going on two more weeks now and they still have not unlocked it or given me the means to unlock the domain.
They take days to respond by email, if you attempt to call them, don't be surprised if they hang up on. Everytime I talked to someone I was told there is nothing he can do he will have to give it to tier 2 or 3 and they can take care of it. but you will just end up creating a ticket yourself because neither time did the phone person creat a tag.
