Terrible customer service and billing. I used them since 2005. I paid 4 year at a time, twice they had suspended the account without any email reminder for renewal. No phone support, and they never answer phone nor return phone messages..We have to email to support. I stopped using my email under my website, because it has to go through hoops for anybody to email us, and it has too many spams. Over the years, it has happened many times that we could not receive emails. Now I am trying to use a different hosting company, I could not get anyone to answer so I can retrieve my files. This is a terrible company. DO NOT USE
WE have been hosting with Lypha for 10 years. Now no week passes without some or the other problem. Worse they are USUALLY OFFLINE. Right now they ARE NOT EVEN AVAILABLE ON PHONE.
"Post a Ticket" is the typical message and the reply may take over 24 hrs.
Stay away if you are in a business. We are moving out after serving a legal notice.
We have been hosting with Lypha and I am very satisfied with their service. What started as 'looking for a cheap hosting company' which Lypha I think (still) is, appeared to be a company that over the years provided very good service. Of course also Lypha has issues with their computers, but whenever sending a ticket or an e-mail, there is a response within hours where mostly the issue is already solved. My compliments!

Lypha is absolutely THE worst middleman hosting provider EVER!
They are NOT the real hosting company, ImHosted.com is. All Lypha does is B/S their way around your trouble tickets. Yes I said TICKETS because you will send plenty of them.
There is NO telephone support. You will be directed to using the Ticket system.
Looking for service? So was I.
Looking for a refund? So was I.
One thing I can say is they put the LIE in LYPHA.
SIGNED UP TWO SEPERATED DOMAINS WITH THIS "COMPANY". SINCE DAY ONE THERE IS NOTHING BUT "THE PAGES CANNOT BE DISPLAYED" MEANING THEIR SERVERS ARE DOWN.
FIRST IT STARTED TO GET SLOW, PAGES (TEXT BASED) ARE OPENING FOR MORE THEN 2 MINUTES, AND OUT OF THE BLUE, BOOM, NOTHING. FTP DOWN, E-MAIL DOWN, WEBSITE DOWN.
AND IT GETS WORSE, ICQ ASHLEY AND DIJO "SUPPORT" NOT RESPONDING AT ALL.
WHATEVER YOU DO STAY THE HELL AWAY, YOU WILL LOOSE TIME AND THE MONEY!!!!
AND THEN IT CAME TO ME, FOR SOME STRANGE REASON THEIR DNS SERVERS AND SAME EXACT NAMES DIJO AND ASHLEY POP UP. HMMM WHERE DID I SEE THEM, VOILA I HAD THE SAME BAD SERVER/SUPPORT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SISTER COMPANY IMHOSTED.COM WHO'S THE SAME JUNK AS THIS.

There a lots of slow load times and outages. I've canceled within the 30 day guarantee period and am having trouble getting my domain transferred away from them. THEY DO NOT reply to my emails and I have no other way to contact them. They're GHOSTS.
They also advertise contact via ICQ, but I use a Mac and ICQ won't work with it.
STAY AWAY from Lypha.com . . . I wish I did.
Essentially the only difference between the two sites is that lypha has support via ICQ and imhosted.com does their support using liveperson.
