😞 Sudden Deterioration in Lypha Services
We have been hosting with them for nearly 19 years but are now on the verge of exit.
Barring terrible silence in between at times, they have been generally good to us. Partly our demands are not too stringent.
But lately, say in the last two months, their services have deteriorated TERRIBLY. They have become incommunicado, almost as it LYPHA IS SHUT DOWN.
A company that doesn't value its customers of two decades standing doesn't deserve their patronage. If a good host is reading this please reach out to us at info@ {our domain}.
And if LYPHA is reading this there is still a little time for you to salvage this relationship.

Terrible customer service and billing. I used them since 2005. I paid 4 year at a time, twice they had suspended the account without any email reminder for renewal. No phone support, and they never answer phone nor return phone messages..We have to email to support. I stopped using my email under my website, because it has to go through hoops for anybody to email us, and it has too many spams. Over the years, it has happened many times that we could not receive emails. Now I am trying to use a different hosting company, I could not get anyone to answer so I can retrieve my files. This is a terrible company. DO NOT USE

Stay away if you are in a business. We are moving out after serving a legal notice.

😁 Very good and quick response
We have been hosting with Lypha and I am very satisfied with their service. What started as 'looking for a cheap hosting company' which Lypha I think (still) is, appeared to be a company that over the years provided very good service. Of course also Lypha has issues with their computers, but whenever sending a ticket or an e-mail, there is a response within hours where mostly the issue is already solved. My compliments!

😠 I was with them for 3+ years. I thought they were fine but a little slow. The last year was a nightmare with my site down as much as it was up. Then they informed me my site was crashing there server? I get from 20 to 30 hits per day? When I tried to find out what the problem might be it would take days to get them to return inquires. There are too many good servers to waste my time with them. Don't waste your time or money.

😠 I was with Lypha for 5 years and the last two years the service just got worse and worse in every way. I finally had to cancel and go with another hosting. I emailed Lypha and they confirmed my account was canceled and CC credited back. I'm yet to see a credit and they have been ignoring my emails. I submitted a complaint with BBB but they already have 10 unsatisfactory complaints about Lypha with rating of "F". STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, THERE ARE MANY GOOD HOSTINGS OUT THERE. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

😠 A terrible, terrible company with lousy support and slow servers. I hosted with them too long because I didn't want to go through the trouble of switching to a different host. I thought their service/reliability might improve, but in the end it was so much frustration and headaches I switched to someone else and am very happy

They are NOT the real hosting company, ImHosted.com is. All Lypha does is B/S their way around your trouble tickets. Yes I said TICKETS because you will send plenty of them.
There is NO telephone support. You will be directed to using the Ticket system.

😠 I have hosted with them over 2 year(can't believe it) and have tolerated the frequent down time issues. But the recent event is my last straw. I couldn't access my website, my email and even Ftp. I have even did an online ping from different countries and it has over at least 50% lost packets from over 10 different countries!!!!! That is just horrible and its inexcusable!!!. Whoever hosted their website with them might not be accessible via certain countries. Good luck to whoever hosted with them.

FIRST IT STARTED TO GET SLOW, PAGES (TEXT BASED) ARE OPENING FOR MORE THEN 2 MINUTES, AND OUT OF THE BLUE, BOOM, NOTHING. FTP DOWN, E-MAIL DOWN, WEBSITE DOWN.

😠 HORRIBLE WEBHOST! Stay away. They have nonexistant support who will outright LIE to you if you even get a response, their servers go down randomly for days with no explanation, etc. I wouldn't wish their service on my worst enemy.

😠 One of the worst hosting companies we came across since 2005 out of 2701 companies. In the name of so called hosting services Lypha.com is charging their customers for anything but what they advertise on their website hosted on a 'marked' server. Because their own server is spoofed the company (Lypha) itself can't provide any speed, accuracy, maintenance, tech-support, etc. they claim they are able to do so. The 'positive' feedbacks of Lypha.com are also counterfeit as stated on the awarding sites and their so called 'awards' has no base or reality check. In conclusion the site Lypha.com has no real existence (there is not an incorporated company as at September 22, 2007). Lypha is not a legitimate and legal entity and in consequences it can't be drown to court in any lawsuit as incorporated. It has to be reported to the Internet Fraud Association.

😠 I've been with Lypha for about a month and have had nothing but problems. They advertise that they support Interchange, but it seems to break every day and their support doesn't seem to know about it until you tell them. Their phone number just leads to a voicemail, which goes nowhere. If you can find someone on ICQ they are from India and don't know how to fix the problems. Open a ticket and it will still be sitting there unresolved days later. Definitely not recommended if you have a site that you care about.

😠 They advertise phone support BUT you can only contact them with a trouble ticket that sometimes takes 48 hours for a reply IF they reply at all. When asked about phone support they say that they don't offer it and will be removing the phone numbers from their website.
There a lots of slow load times and outages. I've canceled within the 30 day guarantee period and am having trouble getting my domain transferred away from them. THEY DO NOT reply to my emails and I have no other way to contact them. They're GHOSTS.
