My only big complaint is about calling to make a payment. I call, and call, and call, and no one answers a damn phone! I can only try so many times. I'm not free to just call 24/7 until someone feels like answering. I love when they send me things in the mail about making a payment, yet when I call, they don't answer. Makes it kind of hard to make a payment!

I experienced the same issues as the Oct 2009 review. Their helpdesk is staffed by several individuals that don't know their job and a couple that do. I have waited over a month for final resolution on some of my issues. Initial setup was a horror. Billing has been wrong from the beginning. I have been stuck with them for three years and they renewed my contract with no notice except terms in the initial contract so read your contract...

Customer service is horrible. Hold time when you do have a problem is horrible. Billing department has no clue about anything. Trying to cancel their service is ridiculous. They make you fill out all sorts of information just to cancel. They held our e-mail accounts in their system for 2 months after we quit meaning we could not receive any e-mail from clients who also use their service. I am so frustrated imagining that clients have been e-mailing us and we have no idea. Worse yet, is the possibility of lost business from not receiving e-mail from prospects. This company is now too large. I miss Netexpress when you could call locally and have a person handle your account. They seem to not care about their customers. I am so happy that I have quit and found a provider for a third of the cost.
