Out of all the numerous companies I have worked with whom offer tech support I have to honestly say that working with Jwn Media is the best company ever!
I had problems uploading and the support online assisted me for hours! A few days later I had problems with the feed and they spent hours walking me through the system.
Great company to deal with and I highly recommend them to everyone.

as i became to Jwn Media over a year ago looking for better place to get a reseller package i must say after i talk with jason i must say i have nothing but good things to say they very rarely ever have down time if we do they are on it a.s.a.p and the keep us up to date on what's going on,also if you need help doing anything from editing pages to radio sever they take the time to help out no matter how big or small it is there for i give Jwn Media 5 stars for being there to help us out and always trying to better the severs !!! thanks for giving us the best Customer Service,Technical Support,Uptime & Reliability i seen in a long time..

I am a reseller for their Shoutcast hosting service, I have been around with them for more than 2 years and have made alot of cash with my reseller account since. I have had no major issues, I don't even think I have had any downtime since switching to JWN. JWN is a brand that I have come to trust. Their customer service is perfect and the staff seem driven to provide the best experience possible. I would never go with any other hosting company. If you are looking for a dependable hosting solution go here first! I don't usually give a 10 for a rating and I do not usually write reviews but I love JWN Media. I refer all my friends and I would like you to try as well.

This is a truly amazing hosting company. I have been hosted with them for almost 6 years and have had no issues with their services. They have now also grown to host internet radio which I recently signed up for. I love it. Their support is also great. There always seems to be someone available in their live help service. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a stable, fast and affordable host.

😁 JWN Media is a great host, I recommend them to all my friends. At the begining their servers were always offline, and they had a couple of problems with hackers in the past. However they have hired a very professional team since and have made many great changes to their hosting services since. My website has not been offline in almost 2 years now. The few times I had to contact them with a problem it was resolved in under 10 minutes. Dont listen to what Gekk has to say, he is probably a spambot. Your best bet is to try it for yourself.

😠 This webhosting company is really bad and I would not recommend them. They advertise a 99.5% uptime gurantee when it is clearly alot lower then that. If you bring the uptime to their attention they start going on about all sorts of stats on the web, but can never give you an accurate uptime of their server in a month, it's just not possible. On their website it states they keep nothing from their clients.It's untrue... Dont' go there with JWN Media unless you want a website that does not exist.
🗨 Since this review has been posted we have made many improvements to our hosting network. We no longer have issues with downtime since most of our network is now redundant.
