😠 We are people of few words.
Here goes.
Server crashed and support was ridiculously outrageous.
Cheap hosting but be warned of hidden restrictions.
Unprofessional people as we paid our whole year's fee and yet suddenly change.
We felt threatened when they told us "Please confirm if you are still going to renew". What is we say "no" early?
Avoid them as their new owners are UNPROFESSIONAL.

😠 I Admin an online gaming clan in my spare time.
After experiencing some lag and longer than liked load times I decided to move my website to another host. I was planning on just moving to another provider and leaving quietly w/ no hard feelings. I did not want to put in another support ticket for a temporary fix. I had at this point just had my fill of it. After initiating the website move with another host,I found out I needed to have an EPP code to move my domain. I purchased the domain name through IwhiC. I simply asked them for the code and was told "I will get back to you on this."
In the mean time I could not move my domain without the EPP code. I waited patiently (although I wanted to get the move going ASAP) for exactly 7 days with absolutely no response. They actually put my request on hold. At day 7 I sent another Email asking nicely for the EPP code.
They again gave me a canned answer and put it back on hold. After a few more days I sent another Email informing them that
