😞 Service Continues To Decline
We are a long time client of ISQ Solutions and for the past two years they have had regular (2 to 3 times per year) and long (2 or more hours) cases where their whole service has been down. Additionally, in the past two years they have ceased to respond to service `tickets`, as they call requests for support.
Prior to two years ago, the interruptions were within acceptable ranges, and they replied to service tickets within an hour or two.
Their phone lines are waste of time. We have left dozens of messages over the past five years without ever receiving a reply.

In the past, I was impressed with their support. I often got responses to tickets in about an hour, although in the last year, their responses have slowed down a bit, but they are still reasonably quick and their answers/actions are always on point. Unfortunately, they don't have chat, and don't bother calling their phone line. Responses seem to slow down on weekends, so it doesn't quite feel like the 24/7 support they claim.
I've done business with this company for 5 years, hosting several sites and although there has been some down time, it wasn't significant. After submitting a ticket, they had it fixed in minutes.
One downside to their services is that they only offer Windows hosting and you don't get the benefits of cPanel/Plesk - only their own interface. If you want to configure something more advanced, like adding specific email filtering, I guess you'd have to inquire.

😞 I hosted with isqsolutions for nearly 2 years. I was fairly happy with them, until they started having a lot of down time to "update servers". The problem with isq is that they don't warn you about the updates and down time that is going to happen.

🗨 Web Hosting providers do not typically 'warn' of updates. Updates are not to be confused with upgrades. Updates are a neccessary component of 99% of all web hosting companies, as they/we use software and hardware from brand name providers. Without updating/applying updates the technology suffers and becomes vulnerable, thus the quality of service becomes less than expected. I also highly advise reviewers to fully investigate issues pertaining to their service before making/reading false claims.
