I got some minor problems and inquiries since i started hosting. They are super hospitable for all my concerns which is not common with my previous experience. I have 15 years IT experience and mostly IDC system work. Urgently adjusted my bandwidth limit during the weekend, email and website health check etc.. I have so much satisfied their services, love it

😁 I have had several sites with internet solutions and so far it has been the best hosting service experience I have had. Their system is easy to use, they have quick response, and when there has been problems (last one somebody hacked one site), they solved in less than 24 hours. Also the price is quite reasonable and affordable. I totally recommend this company for anybody in the world. I started using it, because I was teaching web design in China, and when searching for a good provider I found this company by coincidence, which I have been working with them for over 4 years. I really appreciate your service, and professional support! Thank you!

😠 I moved my websites over to Internet Solutions HK (ISHK) because my sites had been hacked multiple times at my previous host (Kowloon Hosting), always due to a vulnerability in the software that the ISP is responsible for maintaining (e.g., PHP vulnerability). For awhile ISHK performed well, but ultimately my sites were again hacked. Specifically, I hosted two WordPress sites and one HTML/CSS site, and all were hacked in the same way (a hacker replaced the home pages of all three websites with his own). ISHK was able to revert the sites to their original state, but within a day the sites were again down ("temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit") and I had to request that the server admin fix this problem as well. The worst part of my experience is that even though I asserted in my original support ticket that the hack could not have resulted from a WordPress vulnerability, as my HTML/CSS site was also simultaneously hacked, the support staff [read more...]
