😁 I have had absolutely amazing service from this company. Main points:
1) Fast prompt support through their ticket system. I get responses in minutes. They don't have telephone support, which is pretty normal for a lot of hosting companies, so I'm not that concerned as long as they can get back to me in a prompt manner.
2) Their service is very reasonably price - it's on the high end of web hosting, but the reliability really shows. For me, that's worth it. I've hosted with a few other companies and have learnt my lesson with the cheap ones...no more.

😞 They are by far the worse hosting company I have worked with. I've had my message board from about 3 years and right before my 2nd year started iisnet bought out JNL hosting who was my original company. JNL was amazing, wonderful support response with in the hour. But once iisnet bought them out it all went down hill. Just a small list of reasons they are not a good company...
1. in the 2 years I've had them their telephone support system has NEVER worked
2. in this 2 years the instant support chat option has NEVER had anyone on the other end, its always offline.
3. They are far more expensive than most companies I've looked at and they offer very little in storage space and what not.
4. Their support is horrible, you send an email and do not get a response for close to 3 days. For instance I sent in a request for support on thursday of last week and here we are monday and I have yet to hear a response.
This company is not one I think anyone should work with
