cPanel & number of domains fine but something has to give & that's reliability & support.
not as slow as the worst to respond but pedantic in an effort to buy time. chat seem more social than tech assist when not away asleep.
is this the hoster for serious business - afraid not. ok for pesonal blogs etc but not where you're parting with money / advertising (google PPC etc)

😠 TERRIBLE - Lost data, no backups for 3 months.
Started out very well and very quick to respond. A series of MAJOR outages lasting days due to a backup "upgrade" failure had catastrophic consequences to my business.
This issue pointed out the utter incompetence of Host Surf.
They lost 3 months of backups as they did not export anything prior to commencing work. Nor did they run a test platform roll-out. All because they wanted to switch to a "better" platform in the most incompetent manner possible.
Please note they did not bother to tell customers prior. Also they did their utmost to lie throughout the process which became increasingly more transparent.
It is always wise to remember that you may have far more technical customers than you obviously are and your bs will not hold up to scrutiny.
Refund did not happen, only credit on the account. Service Status is also rarely updated when there is an issue, so overall lie's and deception.
