😠 Worst Support Ever!
Hostranger provides the worse support! They say they have 24/7 support thats a lie. They rarely ever get back to you. They have a lot of issues with their servers and a lot of down time. I would not recommend this to anyone!

😁 Awesome customer service with great prices
Price and Up-Time are great. Features are on par with most of the hosting providers I have researched. I really can't say enough good things about HostRanger. Their customer service is awesome. They are very responsive to my needs as a customer including helping me resolve issues that were probably not a issue on their network. I stated on the Private plan which is $2.99 a month when paying quarterly, however I wanted to add a new domain so I upgrades to the Captain plan which gives me a free domain for life and the ability to host multiple domains under 1 account. They claim to have the lowest customer to server ratio in the industry and I can not dispute that as my site has never gone down like it did before when I was with HostGator.
