If you have any issues all the customer service people can do is take a message. Then you wait and wait and wait. Call again, send emails and no one responds. I have an email and phone trail that goes for over 2 months with no resolution.
Then when you decide to cancel- forget the 100% refund for money back if you are not satisfied. They tell you there is no refunds!!!!

They are fine until something goes wrong. Then they take no responsibility, will not call you back, try and stall you until you lose interest and show absolutely no regard for the customer. Has been one of the worst hosting experiences ever, and worst customer service experiences ever. If you use Hosto.com you better hope nothing goes wrong (even when it is their fault) because then you are literally out of business. Horribly experience with their senior admin and management. Customer Support is basically just a switchboard with no authority to do anything.
