😃 A good choice
Price - April's prices are very reasonable. She has three different hosting packages. The starter package is 100MB Disk Space and 500MB Bandwidth, for $12/year. I have this package, I have never ran out of space.
The second is 500/4000 for $36/year and the third is 1000mb/8000mb for $48/year.
Customer Support - April isn't the best at answering emails, but a message on her facebook page and she answers right away. She always answers my questions in a reasonable amount of time.
Features - HostDesignCenter has a full C-panel with many features, most of which I do not know how to use. But any time I have a question about what something does, or how to fix a problem I am having, the host has been very helpful.
Uptime - The server is almost never down, and when it does go down, the host lets clients know as soon as possible, if there is scheduled maintenance, the host lets clients know reasonably in advance.
The server just switched to a raid1 server! Everything is very fast!

😠 The two girls running this hosting business are April Buscher and Elizabeth "Lizz" Wright.
After informing Host Design Center that I was going to switch to another site host, they blocked my access to my site files so I could not move my site. When I discovered it and demanded access, they contrived a bogus and illegitimate bill, stating that they were blocking my access for nonpayment. I had only been with them for a matter of DAYS. I never signed up with them willingly, nor did I consent to have my site transferred to them when my host, Tanya, retired and turned over all her clients' files to April and Lizz. I have never NOT paid for my hosting, and Tanya never told me I owed a dime, nor had she sent me any new bills, as she always did when it was time to renew. Lizz even stated in an email to me that she "does not know if I was paid up or not." Bottom line: I did not owe these two girls a penny.
