I have been with Host365 for a number of years, and had been on the hunt for a new provider in recent months, due to some support and accounts issues. But since the company has been taken over by the new owners, there has been a huge turnaround! WOW is the only word I can use to describe it. Great support (ticket responses literally in minutes), an all Australian phone support number and a super friendly support vibe. Would have rated these guys 1 star prior but now a 5 star across the board!

I don't have any hosting services through Host365, just a set of .com and domains.

The customer service from this mob is incredibly bad. What tipped me over the edge to write this review was paying for a domain to be renewed well in advance of its renewal date and then having the domain expire.

The company didn't apologise the first time around and didn't really care. It has just happened again and despite making attempts to contact them through high priority support tickets...there has been absolutely no reply and my business has lost countless dollars.

I've initiated a dispute through PayPal and will move all of my domains away from this hopeless mob.

Friendly tech support when you need it
I opened this account for testing some new Joomla and Wordpress plugins. Im a student just getting to grips with web hosting so I was always going to break some things. Host365 support was always available via phone/chat and email when I messed up my account. The cPanel is good but wish I had SSH. otherwise for the money involved, its great and I would recommend this. I have 2 shared hosting accounts with them.

Too many downtimes and mail server blocking
I signed up with them due to lower prices and due to the fact they claim their servers are hosted in Australia. Initial signup experience was good but things started getting bad when my emails stopped reaching my business contacts. After long investigation, I found their mail server IPs was always blocked and hence my emails was rejected! I asked their support to fix this but they refused to acknowledge problem!

My next experience with tech support involved a problem with WebDisk - which is still not resolved. Their customer service is the worst!

Host365 take their names from reputable host providers inc CPHosting but don't [...]
Host 365 has regular outages and does not make themselves publicly available (i.e.: 1800 or even 1300 phones) and it can cost a lot sitting on STD phone to not get a response from them or immediately disconnected when trying to find out how long they will be off-line AGAIN.

no support and horrible navigation
absolutely terrible! i was having issues trying to find certain infomation and such, so i decided to call them as their banner says 24 hour support and a sydney number ( so i call and a recording tells me ive called outside their opperating times.... im guessing they must have more than 24 hours in their days because i sure dont have any time to be closed if i was 24/7.

anyway i decide to click on their support button to see if there was a second number or something. The support links took me to "404 page not found" errors
Obviously im getting more and more pissed off now.

Finally i find a spot to put in a ticket so i start writing it up knowing i probably wont be called back for a week or two and on the side a little pop up for instant customer support chat turns up.
I think ok well its something at least.
But no it opens chat dialogue to say they are currently offline and if i send a message it will be sent and somebody will see it when they get online.
