About GrandBytesOur mission is to deliver affordable web hosting to our clients, without the price to reflect on the quality. Some people think that low-cost web hosting means cheap hosting, which means - low speed, bad support, low uptime, missing features and so on and so on. Our philosophy is to provide good uptime, fast servers for fast service, good support and as many features as possible, without this having an effect on the overall server performance. How can we do all this and still charge only $2.95/mo? It's easy - we have spent a lot of time in testing and developing our server network and we have discovered the best balance in the software and hardware ratio, in order to have stable and reliable servers, while not charging a fortune. We consider ourselves for people with very good knowledge and quite experienced in the web hosting business. We know that there are several important rules to be followed in order to have a successful business online and we try to follow them at all times. In the same time, we know that there are companies who do not follow these rules : how long did you have to wait to get an answer to a simple question with your previous host? Was their answer adequate? How many times the server went down and you were not able to get a simple explanation what is going on? We hope you enjoy our service and be our customers for many years ahead.

Their customer service is super. I have asked few questions (some of them rather silly ones - I am not a techie). Some or other other person has come forward to answer those in layman terms and helped me with other things too.
They are absolutely economical. They charge something like $35 for the whole year including free domain registration and some 20 G disk space with huge bandwidth available.
Best part is that they use CPanel. Our other two sites are hosted with Plesk. My team is more comfortable with CPanel that boasts of many features compared to those on Plesk.
