Their support staff has no idea what "Service" is. Our hosted Exchange server has been unstable ever since we signed up for the hosted service. I have asked for callbacks whenever there was an issue and I never received one. Not one. I have seen other posts state that FPWeb's support staff treats you like you are bugging them when you call. I couldn't agree more. That's pretty bad when multiple customers of FPweb are saying that they have experience the same pain.
If I were looking for a hosted solution, I would look somewhere else.

When I call in, they are friendly, responsive, and honest about what is going on. Not even once during my relationship with Fpweb.net, has anyone been abrupt or rude. Your support staff has earned an “A” from me!
I finally found out that their servers crashed and their backup system had failed ( backups corrupted ). The idea of disaster recovery includes testing their system: which they obviously failed to do. They did offer me 6 months free after the crash, but they already proved they were unable to guard my data at that point. They also told me that they could restore my site if "I" had backed it up using FrontPage.
Not the kind of service you can depend on.
