😠 I have had no real issues with this hosting company for over 8 years now...until this month. My site has now been down for over 2 weeks because they've done something with their DNS servers. I cannot contact anyone, and they will NOT response to my severity 1 support ticket, that I have replied to many times now. I can't get through to anyway, so I have no way of getting my site back up and running, or logging in to backup my site and take it elsewhere (yes, I do have a local copy).
I am NOT pleased right now, and I'd love to hear if anyone else knows what's going on with them right now.

Their cancellation policy is really poor and difficult to use. They claim that there is an outstanding amount on the account which they are threatening legal action over.
