😠 Super décevant.
Au début très bonne entreprise, je figure parmi leur première cliente. Ce que j'appréciais c'était le numéro de téléphone gratuit pour régler les problèmes. Maintenant leur service c'est une horreur. J'ai problème sur problème : piratage de mes sites hébergés chez eux alors que je n'ai JAMAIS EU AUCUN PROBLÈME ailleurs (OVH) avec le même site, renouvellement de nom de domaine échoué car ils ont un problème avec leur partenaire, bref. J'ai perdu un site à cause d'eux et là ils sont en train de flinguer mon référencement parce que mon site est inaccessible suite à mon renouvellement de nom de domaine... Et bien sûr aucun geste commercial.
Quand on travaille des mois sur un site, il faut faire appel à de vrais professionnels pour l'hébergement et les nom de domaines.

Et en plus ils se permettent de remettre la faute sur leur client. Tu parles d'un professionnalisme... Il faut payer 10€ par mois pour un support. LOL
