During warranty period, its all good. After their warranty period, site keeps going down. Each time my server has issue, they will email me newsletter to upgrade. Check this page https://www.eleven2.com/brain/networkissues.php?view=resolved and tell me how many times yankee server is down. How can they use the slogan "Hosting done right" ?. Don't forget they claim to guarantee 99.9% uptime on reseller packaging.

As it stands right now, we finally got back online after over 48 hours of being down. Since our site got back up, maybe 25% of our email has been recovered. Long story short, DO NOT HOST WITH THESE GUYS IF YOU RELY ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR BUSINESS.
It seems evident to me that they started the company with the attitude of "any joker can run a web host", and they decided to start a host with no IT skills to speak of, just good graphic design for their main [read more...]
Also, our support staff is reachable via email/ticket, phone as well as AIM. You are correct however when you say that we will not support major issues over instant message as we prefer our ticket system for its client integration and easier workflow.

I really wish you had a "this company doesn't even deserve a "1" rating because their customer service is so horrible" option for customer relation, but you don't. That would sum up Eleven2 perfectly.
I was never able to contact them regarding an invoice delivery error (I never got the invoices!) as they never answer their phones or emails. When I was finally able to talk to a human, she said she corrected this issue. I find out a month later, when they suspended my account due to nonpayment, that she hadn't. I paid the bill and everyone was happy.
I posted a message on Twitter about my situation and the Eleven2 Twitter account @replied to me (a public message) "If you paid your bill we wouldn't have suspended it in the first place." PUBLICLY! I was shocked about this horribly unprofessional behavior and replied as much. I then asked him to please stop messaging me publicly and instead send an email with what he wanted to say. In regards to the indecent you mentioned on Twitter, tt is our practice to respond to any publicly listed grievances. It was the intention of the employee to publicly clarify the reason as to why you account was suspended, not to personally offend you. We apologize for any embarrassment this caused you, as I said, that was not our intent.

Whenever I have problems, they are always there to help me. Even when it's almost 10:00PM their time and I need help with my website!
I was having problems with an SSL Certificate on a clients website... I connected to their live chat, and Cory Beavers helped me for almost an HOUR and made sure my website was working before I disconnected with him. I was a pain in the butt and he stayed with me til the end!
I've been hosted with them personally for almost 2 years now and never had any problems.
Our company uses another hosting company for a lot of our clients, but they are pretty crappy and I needed a shopping cart up and running... they weren't able to support it, so I got my boss (as strict as he is) to let me switch over to Eleven2... so far so good! =D
Umm... I don't know what else to say about them, except that they are great!
We started out on the $6/mo. plan and ran into some issues with the LiteSpeed server and the PHP5 install. I totally expected to be ignored (being such a small customer), but they're not like that. Rodney personally spoke with me on several occasions about the issue and eventually switched back to Apache based on this and other customer issues.
Eleven2 has had the uptime and reliability we've needed to take our site from a beta version hosted on a shared plan to the live version that's up now on a dedicated host. We have a ton of large video downloads every day, and we have had zero complaints about downtime or slow download speeds.
Please give these guys a shot. They're very down-to-earth and up front, which is rare in the industry. I highly recommend them!
