This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company to do business with. DO NOT sign up with them!! We have tried contacting them when our sites have been down and they take days to respond and do not provide you what you need to resolve the problems. They were better years ago than they are now. Buyer BEWARE
The primary issue is that customer support is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced, especially lately. No response to multiple tickets or voice mails. The only way I think I can ge their attention is to cancel the credit card (they are very efficient at billing your credit card, not efficient at responding to support inquiries).

suspended my site hosting for non payment, despite receiving full payment 2 months prior.
Zero response to any of my 30 emails since.
This isn't the first time they've done this...my web designer no longer uses them for this reason.
It's cost my business thousands in lost revenue and lost emails.
I will be taking this further.....
We have had intermittant problems with EDT throuout the time they have hosted our website and emails. Until recently the problems were resolved promptly. Over the last month we have had numerous problems with our emails, specifically with outbound emails. I have opended numerous tickets over the last 2 weeks and always get an email stating the problem has been handled and then to experience yet another issue. I have called repeatedly to speak with someone and get nothing but a recorded message saying all of their tech support people are busy on assisting other customers and to leave a voice mail which will automatically open a support ticket. Our lifeline is our emails and it is effecting our business immensely.
I started with a Custom account. Eventually had to pay to go to an Advanced account because the Custom server kept crashing.
Database backups and restores do NOT work from Control Panel - I have to have them do it, and that takes days.
NO customer support after normal business hours and none on weekends. When you call after normal business hours you get an operator who only creates a ticket, which you can create online anyway, so what is her purpose?
I have had my site go unavailable, SQL database access interrupted - sometimes for as long as 3 days. Interruptions happen at least once per month, sometimes several times per month. I never get an explanation, and only once did I get an apology.
Don't use these guys - they have no clue about customer service.
