😠 Very unsupportive staff. They always have some excuse, though they advertise telling 24/7 support. For any emergency, you have to wait at least several hours to get a simple response. If it's night, it will be a nightmare. You won't get anyone until the morning.

I used hosting for only a few days. SSD hard drives are terribly slow as are internet connections. And today they completely turned off access to the server. Registration without order is not available. Customer support responds very slowly. I do not recommend this hosting.

😁 বাংলাদেশের সার্ভিস আমি কখনো ব্যবহার করতাম না। সব সময় namechep ,godaddy, namesilo এর মতো বড় বড় কোম্পানির সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করতাম। এক সময় বাংলাদেশ এর হোস্টিং ব্যবহার করা শুরু করলাম। অনেক কোম্পানির সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করেছি কিন্তু কারোর কাছ থেকে ভাল সার্ভিস পাইনি। এক ফেন্ড এর কথা মত ebnhost থেকে সার্ভিস নেওয়া হয়। ebnhost কম প্রাইস এ এত ভালো সার্ভিস দিবে তা চিন্তা করিনি। প্রায় ১ বছর ধরে তাদের সাথে আছি। সামনের সময়গুলোও তাদের সাথে থাকবো ইনশাল্লাহ। ebnhost দুর্দান্ত করছে। আমি সবাইকে বলব তাদের কাছ থেকে পরিসেবা নিয়ে কাজ করতে পারেন। ধন্যবাদ ebnhost এতো সুন্দর সার্ভিস দেওয়ার জন্য।

😁 I have been using ebnhost.com service since 2017 and I really enjoined their support .
Over last 03 year I had never experienced any server downtime that really seems extraordinarily in compared with other provider i dealt with. Furthermore when i opened support ticket , they replied less then two hours in average.
I will never go anywhere else except ebnhost.com and I hope you can also consider taking service from them.

Support does not know why and also has no interest in finding out, limiting itself to blaming third party scripts. প্যাকেজে লেখা 200x Turbo Server, অথচ ভিপিএন ছাড়া আমিই আমার সাইটে ঢুকতে পারিনা। সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করলে গোঁজামিল বুঝায়।
এরা সেবা দিতে আসেনি, এরা এসেছে পাবলিকের পকেট কাটতে!

I took few domain-hosting from them. But I am unable to visit my site without VPN. Their customer told that it is my internet issue! But I can vist all sites except my sites which are hosted by them. Then switched to another provider and now all sites are working well.

The don't have their own datacenter. They resell hosting service from Contabo Gmbh, which is another worst provider in the world. And, this why they are offering so cheap price.

They delete my fully paid account by mistake because they were having issues with their SSL renewal. They thought I was not using my account and so deleted it. When I reached out to them, they had no backups. I lost my websites and email. All the offered for one free month of service. I lost 2 websites and all emails and NOT even an apology. All I got back was a statement "We thought this account was dormant and so we deleted it. We have created a new account for you and given you one month free credit. Sorry, but we have no backups"

Crappy service with loads of attitude. Beware. Read the reviews on LET and LEB and you will know how bad these folks are.
