No end in site.
No return calls
Easyhosting.com provides a bad billing service. They continued charging my credit card for services that they did not provide such as domain name and pointing services after the domain names were transferred out a year ago. Every domain name has a different password and you can not find out the list of domain names and services you have with them. Every time I ask to stop charging my credit card for service they didn't provide they ask my password. Tried to explain them that there is no need for a password if I don't have a service with them. Really bad and unpleasant service.
I find tech support pretty good. Billing is impossible. case in point, we have just sent out thousands of postcards promoting our service and pointing to our website. Yesterday (Saturday), I see that our site is down. I call easyhosting tech department who tells me billing suspended our site and they are now close for the day - he can't do anything. Tells me to call back tomorrow. I call back the next day - no answer from billing. I talk to another tech guys who says billing should be in. Nothing. I call back talk to another tech guy who puts me on hold, checks and says that billing is closed on Sunday. SO, now our site is down for 2 days at a point when we've just spend thousands of dollars promoting our service and directing people to go to our site - which is down Access Forbidden! Oh, did I mention that I switched to auto payment by credit card last month to avoid this kind of thing (we've had issues with our other sites hosted by EasyHosting being suspended)? Billing system sucks. No invoices ever issued. Worst ever to communicate.
Continuously putting the long-term customer in Suspend, w/o trying to resolve poor invoicing system- which doesn't exist. Money are collected w/o ever issuing any invoices making impossible for business to keep control of.
Worst ever service.
I've been with Easy Hosting for about 4 years and they were great at the beginning. I'm not sure what happened, but over the last few years, it's become an embarrassment.
They haven't continued to evolve and offer the exact same services as they did years ago. Considering how little they offer, their prices are OUTRAGEOUS!
Technical support is always polite, but has very little knowledge on how to actually resolve complex issues. It's almost as if they're reading off a manual.
Easyhosting's web-based invoicing is corrupted. We received two email invoices for April 2011, three for July 2011, and four for January 2012. They repeatedly sent us notices of suspension of our account when we were up to date in our payments. We sorted things out with them, we thought, in June, and paid our June invoice. They agreed to send us future invoices by mail. No further invoices have been sent. However, today, they de-listed our account without further notice. They tell me it will take 24-72 hours to put us back on. In the meantime, no-one can send us emails, we cannot send emails or scan documents to our emails, and our website is off-line. Our losses are mounting. As you can imagine, I am completely infuriated. No business should tolerate this irresponsible service.
Just ftping files took so long it brought back memories of 28.8 modems.
Once the files were up, whatever ridiculous caching mechanism they're using started slowly updating files over a period of about 1.5 hours. On a site with about 10 pages and 50-100 images.
And of course the site was throwing errors the entire time.
Just brutal, I'd be emberassed if I owned this company.
Domians and nameservers registered in the Florida making us surf the world to find them.
Technical support always has the same answer for everything:

You guys are the worst ever!
This is coming from a customer that has been with easyhosting for 15 years.
I have moved all my sites to a liable source and the service is great! Finally a real Hosting service.
I will be contacting all the clients that we have setup at easyhosting and move them to the same reliable source before they have the same problems. If you experience an influx of cancellations you will now know why.
