😠 Terrible!
I was with them for a few weeks and then they suspended me saying that we hosted illegal content, trust me, we did not. They simply couldn't cope with the amount of clients we had, but they did not want to admit it.

I asked for my money back and they simply refused, terrible, terrible service. NEVER go near them. Full of scammers.

They could offer a bit lower prices on their packages as some of their competitors do (I also have accounts with some other providers).

Being a client of DimeReseller for 3+ years, I can say lots of thing about them.

When I signed up for shared hosting plan more than 3 years ago, their service was OK (7 out of 10). Recently the company was bought by someone else and their service was greatly improved, so I upgraded my shared plan to Unlimited Reseller and had NO PROBLEMS at all.

I would proudly rate their service 9 out of 10. Why not 10 out of 10? Just because there's always some space to improve anything :)

😁 I have been with them for 3+ months, and their service and support is great. My website was never down, and load speed is much better than with my previous provider (hostgator). If they continue providing the same quality of service, I plan staying with DimeReseller for a long time

😁 I'm with DimeReseller for about 3 weeks (since the host has been acquired by software development company), and it feels great.

I use Unlimited reseller package for $25 per month and I'm completely satisfied. Pre-sales support was great, after-sales support is even greater. After migrating 10+ accounts from old provider to their server (migration was done by their support team for free), they even fixed an error on my website. My old hosting provider didn't care to help (I know, it was script, not server problem), but DimeReseller solved this trouble in several minutes, and my site is errors-free now.

I don't know how good or bad this hosting provider was in the past, but they offer outstanding service at very affordable prices now. I'm sure I will enjoy my stay with this company.

😠 I would never use Dimereseller - they are scummers. If you register your domain name with them, you will Never be able to transfer it to anyone else since they register it in their name, not yours..
Another thing - they've cancelled my hosting plan in the middle of paid period and refused to return my money! Reason they've told me - my Wp blog made their whole system down for more then 24 hours.
So now I'm without hosting, domain and money.
They will scam you, so don't use them - You will be sorry.

😉 I have been with them for some time up to six months. I never registered my domains with them. I just point them to there servers.

I they have excellent support and the services for that little fee is a bargain.

However, There are some weekends when there servers are down. I notice that almost every sartuday and sunday, the servers are down. i DO NOT KNOW WHY AND THERE IS NO EXPLANATION. But the rest is very okay if they can realise that and correct it.

😠 Hello,
I use to have hosting with them but I had to let them know that all of my domains were down. They told me that they had physical damage to one of their servers but they failed to mention it to me.

Not only that, I have a domain name registered with them, that I have access to and that's it. I cannot change the DNS or get EPP code. I've asked them for them and they told me that since I don't have hosting they will not change the DNS.

I told them that, I am very capable of changing DNS, however, whenever I go to the section to change the DNS, I get an error code which I brought to their attention but no response or resolution.

I will not recommend Dimereseller for hosting or registering domain names.

As of this writing my as far as I'm concerned they hijacked my domain name and are holding it for ransom for me to pay for hosting to get them to change DNS.

😞 I would never use Dimereseller. If you register your domain name with them, you will NEVER be able to transfer it to anyone else since they register it in their name, not yours..
They will scam you, so don't use them - You will be sorry.

😁 I'm owning small company and we are hosting our website with DimeReseller for 8 months (Reseller plan). We get more than expected for $15 - great support and stable server (at least our website is always online). We had 1 downtime (about 2 hours) during 8 months, but it was problem in their datacenter and we got email with their explanation, so I can say only good words about DimeReseller. I will host my company's website with these guys for long.
