AWFUL - AVOID I used Dedimonster (part of Gigabox - same thing), from Feb 2015-August for a Windows VPS.
VPS went down with no explanation - when it came back up - no reason why.
Help tickets often took 2-5 DAYS for a response, even if it was "server seems down".
Lots of errors from their network (squid proxy) - so they clearly have constant network issues.
Massively screwed up the billing. Suspended my server due to payment issues they caused. They failed to sort this out. If there's one thing a host should get right it's: 1 - Uptime / availability 2 - Billing
Responses to help tickets were unhelpful and aggressive. One of my first tickets simply asked if they could look into the issue with my server being down. They came back asking if I wanted them to delete the server. Nice.
FINALLY they lost my VPS. It went down. I raised a ticket, chased a week later...then 4 weeks after it went down they just said "it went". No explanation after chasing, [read more...]
