😁 Hosting my Minecraft server here for years! The team is always on top of things or does all that can to be. The Prisma panel is the best out there and the Servers run smooth.

😠 Where is the good support?
I have automatic payments activated and still my server was closed because no payment. That's not the issue. I wouldn't give a bad review because of this. The problem starts later when I try to reach out the support. In the moment of writing it is the 14th hour of waiting. Wrote couple of times and the answers are - in the next 45 minutes, as soon as possible, thank you for your patience. 14 hours. Two of my players went to play at another server. The server is going great, but the 45 minutes yesterday, that are actually 20 hours for now.. Where is the good support? Really sad about this!
