Colorteck Web Hosting SUCKS! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. They have no human customer service and are still billing me 5 years later for hosting that is no longer serviced by them.

😠 Very bad support. I've been a customer for a couple of years now, and a week ago, they suspended my account, as they said I haven't paid for it. I'm looking at the credit card bill here which shows that I did pay, a month ago. Emailed them 5 days ago, and they said someone would get back to me right away, then that's it. Every other email has been ignored. Their live support has been offline for the 5 days as well, and no telephone support.

In looking around on their website, it almost looks like they are going out of business, several of the links are not working and one of their own pages leads to an "Oops! Account suspended" page. (The forums link.) Their blog hasn't been updated in over a year either.
