😠 Criminals!
I don't know who these people are or what kind of "business" they are running, but I just got a notification from my Etsy account that there was a login attempt to my account coming from the Datacenter of Choopa LLC. These criminals are up to NO GOOD and need to be prosecuted!

😠 Bunch of crooks!!! Stay away.
1. It took them 12 days to get the IPv6 running for which time they charged me as if all was working.
2. When I tried cancelling - they referred to 14 days advance cancellation clause
3. After I blocked the payment to them - I suddenly started getting fraudulent charges and had to cancel my card.

Stay away!

Where do I start?, I contacted this company about material on their servers they had that featured real depictions on Rape, Murder, Beheadings and Racial Abuse.

They have a Term on their TOS page that says "We reserve the right to deactivate any account that we deem is acting in a morally objectionable way"

I informed them of this and they said it was ok, and defended the material. After a long drawn out affair in which they even had their lawyer contact me who said the same thing ... well I would avoid them. Unless you like giving your money to evil business suits who value money higher than peoples lives and rights. I don't, I have something called morals and respect.

😁 Amazing Managed Hosting!! Choopa.com rocks!
We run a large streaming website with tons of content. Choopa has been a amazing organization to work with in the last 2 years. They have impressed me with a few things:

* Live support people to talk to with no phone tree
* Prompt response to tickets
* Quick hardware replacement
* Fair prices

We were quoted by our sales member a fair market price for the services. We have heard good things about how the network performed and decided to migrate. They had the hardware built and installed based on our instructions. The support team was amazing and helped us migrate and even offered a bunch of performance tweaks (saving us money on more hardware).

Since we have been with them sometimes things happen. We have had outages (due to upstream provider) but they communicated very quickly. They own their own datacenter space so it is very easy to colocate special gear like appliances.

If you are looking for quality unmanaged servers to fully managed services I would get a quote.

😁 By far the best host we have ever had. We have tried many datacenters without any success. Choopa has been great from day one. If there ever is an issue with our servers, they personally notify us about them before something goes wrong, and get it fixed!

ZERO downtime with Choopa since our start with them....well that is if you dont count my mistakes of taking the server down ;). Choopa has been great!

😠 As far as a game host, choopa is very poor. we have currently 7 servers they host for us. There has not been one day since before christmas of 08 that at least one of our servers haven't been taken offline for what ever reason. We have lost frustrated clan members at an alarming rate. What have they done to try and appease us???? They gave an $11 refund. Wow amazing. There have been days that all our servers have been offline for hours and days where one or two will go off and on all day. Usually they blame us because they say they have no record of the events. I hope they don't treat others the way we have been treated. I give choopa's game hosting a very POOR rating!!!
