😠 If you're connected to some serious business, Run away from this company.
5 years of hosting are more than enough period to know well what you're dealing with, Everything is going almost OK, Then suddenly you fight against careless, unresponsible behavior. They change the login, change the server, transfer DBs, modify DNS and a lot of things like that .. Then "sorry we thought you may not notice this minor changes!!!"
.
Need more?? they only use ticket system and refuse to have support telephone no. or even Skype for emergency cases like getting more than 20 of your websites down, It's not this big issue to worry about or call us.

😠 Had been at BlueLemonHost for 7 years...
Not extremely happy, but not that bad overall...
Until the last bill... they wanted to force me to make recurring payments and I didn't want to.
Finally I accepted to pay the bill making my payments recurring, but it was two days late...
They suspended my account for several days...
I've been a good customer for 7 years, and they knew we were discussing the recurring payment system that I was not happy with...
They suspended my account/website... and has not been restored since (few days)

😞 be careful
had good times and bad times... all together?... I'm moving out... lost too much time, a few backups, and lots of emails...
ftp is very erratic... it works but then stops... it takes a few hours and it works again...
not worth the saving...

😁 They are AWSOME!
I host a large range of websites with them
I love their reseller which is click and set up as well as the SERVERS that are so managed totally, which no other provider does CHEAP!

Definitely a worth while host for price and EVERYTHING.
