BirdHosting, Inc. has been providing Proxima Networks with hosting services for the past year, and they have done an excellent job at keeping up with our clients' needs as well as our own.

The staff are very reliable and knowledable in the technology they use, and have gone out of their way to provide support and even suggestions on how to better make use of their hosting platforms.

Fantastic hosting site!

When we opened up Xtreme CPU ( we did a lot of searching for not just an affordable hosting partner, but one with a reputation of quick customer service, cutting-edge hardware, and reliability.

Things were good in the beginning, we were on a dedicated box and the speeds were fantastic.

We were a little bit skeptical when Mike, the owner, approached up about one year later and asked us if we wanted to move to Cloud computing. I have to say, I was really hesitant, especially since we had only minimal down time for scheduled maintenance. In the end, we took the plunge, and could not have been happier. As good as a dedicated server was, being on Applogic Cloud computing was even better. Our response times were just as good, the databases could be crunched even faster, and our monthly bill was LOWER!

Thanks again Mike. will be with Birdhosting for a LONG time to come.

My name is Michael and I am the owner of I began my venture in the internet hosting business as a manager of a large corporate web hosting firm in the spring of 2001 and learned quite a bit during my years in their employ. While I learned a lot of valuable technical expertise during my years in that role, I also learned that web hosting is
a service unlike many others.

Web hosting requires constant hands-on dedication and is based largely on the trust that the client puts in their personal point of contact at their hosting company. Put simply, when you want to know the answer to a hosting question, you don't want to be given a bunch of "maybes" by some lower level call center operator who quite frankly will not take the stability of your site to be nearly as important as they know it should be.

I took a leave of absence from my career to serve my country by enlisting in the United States Air Force. I was deployed to Iraq and saw the incredible value that quality teamwork can add to any enterprise. After a lengthy tour of duty I was injured in combat and returned home to my wife and children.

At that time I decided to take a bold approach by launching my own business and seeking to combine the technical knowledge

Well, what is there to say about Bird Hosting?

I liked Bird Hosting at first, then I found out different. The control panel is buggy, bulky and slow. While the Customer Service may seem great at first, it truly sucks. Terrible support and features.

Whats the worst? When I canceled my service, they still attempted to continue charging me. Then when I threatened legal action, if and only if, it continued, they basically dared me do so, with the owner himself saying "You may want to watch who you threaten, I think my lawyers(plural) are bigger."
Customer contacted us after we found the issue, Was explained that it was an issue we found and have corrected he continued going on about he he was calling his lawyers (less than 10 dollar charge). Sorry to say, but I feel bad for the hosting company that has to deal with this guy.
