Customer service is non-existent and when there is it's bad.
Don't forget their documentation KB very old.
I use it only for basic services for customers that want use an "Italian" company (the alternative are worst and expensive)
For the most demanding services go elsewhere - it pains me to admit it because it might be a good company Italian and foreign.
Remote DB admin is unknown for they, dbo, alternative db and so on... are hell.
Good for @pec (email with strong sign/certification).
I do not think the bosses have the awareness of what is happening as through the ticket is completely hidden and silent!
Normally you open a ticket and after 4/5 days You must put in place alone some workarounds without support.
It's just a my opinion based on over 7 years of collaboration.
I've worked with a number of different webhosts and Aruba.it is by far the worst host ever. Their control panel is a mess, totally cluttered and everything opens in a new window so you have to login more than once.
Their customer service is even worse. If you send them a ticket they don't like, they just delete it without responding. And you need to fill out paper forms for each change in administrative data. The webhost from the Middle Ages.

I definitely suggest it to everyone who wants to have a very fast and reliable presence over the web.
after a month they closed the accounts and after that asked me for a verification and i sent my passport to them and it takes 3 days from them to reactivate the account
and the support answers you in 48 hour so its enough to go mad !!
