Their service bad. Had a problem with FTP and closed my account. I was not able to FTP from two locations. The owner (Bill) did not want to deal with it (or had no idea what his issues are and no technical knowldge). So, he closes the account even if the account was valid until and of November (four mor months).
AVOID using them as hosting. Pay a little more and safe a lot of time on troubles.
The server we hired got more and more unreliable and I had constant problems with emails. The customer support just told us everything is working fine.
When we cancelled the account (still over one month paid) they delete the account with out warning within minutes.
No chance to do any backups. They have not answered any off the support tickets we issues about this. And I still wait for a refund for the month that we paid in advance but never got.
STAY AWAY FROM ARBERSHOSTING.

But after a month, I was impressed especially with their uptime. So I decided to move another 2 of my site to them.
I have no problems with them. They let you notify beforehand with any changes, and help you back-up your site with just a simple ticket.
All my tickets have been answered in less than 30 minutes! (can you beleive that!), that is why I still have no experience with calling the support.
Highly recommended, if you are skeptical, like me, then try 1st, the money back is fast and no questions. My friend tried this host and when he liked it, he wanted to move to a higher plan. So he decided to cancel his host. He got his money back 5 hours later. Of course, he just signed up again after that/"

Got suspended for inquiring about the downtime of my site. My site was going on and off for 2 days straight. The person told me told me "For the amount you are paying we will remove you" and "Please go somewhere else" in reply to my inquiry.
I am a paying customer that simply asked a question and I get suspended for that? Absurd.
This is the worst hosting company I've had the dis-satisfaction of being with. after just about 2 weeks of being with them. The server went down. Two day's of down time they come back an say sorry the people that were working on the server to replace a switch dropped the hard drive and lost all the data.
But if you have backups we will move you to a new server that's better and give you 6 months of free service.
So I took them up on their offer but a week later not only was I not moved but they had the gull to bill me again for a service that I didn't have.
So I told them to cancel my account which they replied that I would have to do that via Client panel. Which I did but just received another email last night asking for payment of the invoice.
I bought a reseller account USA in janauary only had 2 normal sites
on there now they have had a data loss with bursts apparently
which has now been going on for awhile now when asking about hosting they shift the blame to dataloss meanwhile there site is up fine I paid annually to save paying monthly as they were a good price
guess you get what you pay for hey btw arberhost rep you must be new to hosting becuase you should of had the annual reseller accounts up by now good way to loose alot of customers or your scamming make everything seem fine for 1-2months and delete the site it's a well known scam arber earns $27 and time has passed to put a complaint to paypal btw arber rep this will be going on a lot of forums dp alone I have very good rep and itrader and have been a member with WHT for 6yrs so I suggest you fix the problem and setup a new reseller account for me or your site will be stamped as scam thoruout the net!
