😠 The many criticisms you will see about this company are all true. The worst part is that the same person appears to offer hosting using several different company names. The customer service is the same. It reminds me of the poem, "The Spider and the Fly." "Come into my parlor said the spider to the fly..." Anyway, the company looks legit and you will get proper attention as a presales potential client. Once you sign up it is a different matter. There is a very large list of terms of service that you must comply with, and you will be threatened with legal action if you do not follow all of the terms when closing your account. You will be required to pay at least one extra month of hosting after you leave according to the terms. There are so many reputable hosting companies out there, I would not waste time with this company or the other companies run by the same person, such as Christian Hosting Solutions, Alpha1hosting.com, Hosting Solutions, Vegas Hosting, etc.

😠 I want to share with you, my friend’s testimony on a company that treated her badly, threatened her and then blocked her from answering them back. This is what she wants everyone to know about this company: Please be aware of this company: Christian-hosting-solutions.com which is apparently the same as Alpha1hosting.com. A few days ago I was searching for a web-hosting company and found Alpha1hosting and when I tried the Chat, it was unavailable. When I called I had to leave a message that was never returned. A few days later, I emailed them with some questions regarding the plans, figuring that maybe they were working on their site or perhaps this is how they did business. After sending the email to Alpha1hosting, I was taken to another website named Christian-hosting-solutions.com which was confusing to me, so I resent the email to this company. The reply I got was unbelievable, the manager referred himself as Alpha and Omega and misunderstood my intend and started accusing [read more...]
