Contantly having email issues.
No customer support. Referred to an online manual with no explanation of how to use their "CanIt" filter. It's horrible and it is not meant for the general public. You must support your clients else they will be gone :(
I have 2 dedicated servers with Alentus and have been a customer for over 5 years. I have had intermittent approximately 15 down periods about three times a day for the last 15 days. I have sent them the trace routes again and again. I have contacted them by phone, email, online chat, again and again asking for someone who can explain to me what is going on. Nobody calls me back. Alentus sucks.
Hard to reach and when you get them, no one has any authority to help you out.
Am moving my domains to hostgator, where I have put my domains over the past year.
They have phenomenal technical support.
I'd rather some of these companies charge me a few extra bucks a month an have customer care and support. What they are doing now sucks big time.

Their customer control panel and web email portals leave a lot to be desired. Fortunately, I don't need to use them very often.
They have no tech support to speak of, their tech support voice mailbox is full. Their own website and support console is down.
My site and all of my client's sites are down right now. So is our email.
Alentus is The WORST. Stay away from these guys.
