😠 Banned me for using a VPN
Do not order a VPS from this company, they'll ban you for preposterous reasons. They banned me immediately just for placing an order using a VPN. Said VPN is hosted on my personal server, and I only use it because of issues with my ISP, I'm not trying to do anything suspicious or fraudulent. It's probably based on blanket IP blacklists, which is an absolutely ridiculous practice that should go away, because an IP is not a person.

😁 Have been with this company since January and have had no major issues. Issues that have arose were handled promptly by their wonderful support team. Their network policy is fair and flexible. It meets our needs without breaking the bank. All their services are fairly priced and reliable. Last I checked they were even having a sale. The real highlight of working with this company has been their support staff. I have worked with a few other VPS and dedicated server providers in the past, and Afterburst has been the most helpful, understanding, and quick to respond when I run into trouble. I can defiantly recommend giving them a try!

🗨 This negative review is the result of blackmail by a malicious customer.
The customer (for reasons unknown to us - they never opened any support ticket with us; Our team responds round the clock and guarantees a reply within 24h..) fraudulently opened a PayPal chargeback stating the transaction was unauthorised. PayPal closed this chargeback in our favour as the transaction was clearly authorised. The customer then emailed us threatening bad reviews, then charged back again, this time stating non-delivery. Delivery was made via email and we have proven this to PayPal and expect the chargeback will again be resolved in our favour.
Long story short: if any customer ever has a problem with our services, please do contact us via our support desk rather than committing fraud. We do not take fraud lightly.

😁 Excellent vps and speedy support
Bought as a development vps for my studies. I'm really impressed by the network speeds and the vps is generally quick at performing tasks. I've only needed to contact support to get FUSE enabled, and the request was handled very quickly.

😠 worse vps seller and even worse support , suspended vps and taken money never refunded it , when asked he said i will not refund as website plcy and giving abuse on chat when refund asked , NEVER BUY FROM afterburst.com
