After nearly 5 years of good service, the wheels have come off at A-Tech! I have been trying for weeks to get access to my FTP information and my paid-up account has been "locked". No response whatsoever from calls or emails to Customer Service. I cannot access my web site and their terrible service is effecting my business. I have taken my complaint to the Ulster County District Attorney and hope I will get action soon. There is absolutely no excuse for their horrible service. If they're not out of business they should be!
