I just want to thank 123ehost.com to help me with the transfer for my WordPress website. They have been very patient with me and helped me soled a problme that my previous hosting company could not figured it out.

123ehost is down again. I have lost confidence in this hosting company. No response from tech support.

You need to give them a break. What the he.. will you do when that happens to the next provider. Shift again.....
My sites are now up running again...
I have been in touch with the manager at 123 via his personal cell phone and he has assured me all that can be done is happening as fast as possible. He is confident we will be back online tonight.
They have impacted my business, and lost two clients for me.
they have a message that says they will be back up within an hour.
2 days is a very long hour.
but this morning i got my last email at 09h00 and nothing since.
I can not reach the server nor the 123ehost.com
phone say power outage (big deal... a data center should be almost bullet proof)
Unfortunately, they claim to be experiencing a power outage, but when I googled other companies within the same building...and then called them...they appear to not have the same problem.
I assume they have shut down...possibly with no intention to return. I, truthfully, hate to leave them...they have been a good company, but without any human verification of this being a temporary issue, I will spend the day switching to a different host...:(
Doesn't exactly win confidence to get that on a support line.
I guess we get what we pay for...but today I had to transfer both of our websites to another host and that took all morning plus having to redo the email config in the new host cpanel.
Sometimes even after 10 years you gotta let go. I'll be advising the boss to get another host...well actually we already did because we had no choice...123ehost disappeared off the map and left us holding the bag and also our years hosting fees for both accounts which we paid last week.
