😠 I've switched to ZOOM.PH expecting better service than my previous one but it sucks. Too low resources allocated that makes my website down for a few days which I've never experience with my previous hosting provider. Don't expect a quick refund as my refund still now is being in the process. Again if you're looking for a better host, never choose ZOOM.PH

😠 I started my subscription from November of 2018. For the past months, they have been announcing a major migration of Linux servers - meanwhile, my website was down all the time.
I kept getting 504 Gateway errors. My Wordpress wouldn't load. It would only work after I submit a ticket - a week after its back again to being down, server offline. They even suspended my account because my Wordpress 5.1 installation was not updated to 5.2.1! Imagine that, without warning - I'd expect that if my WP version was 3.0 or 4.0 but 5.1 to 5.2.1?? Overkill - their shared server is full of bad websites and it affects the entire service. Rotten to its core - one agent told me they are having problems with huge amounts of foreign ips - hmmmm I wonder what that means. Also, I don't have the lock anymore at Edge - it says the connection is insecure - even if cPanel reports my SSL certificates as working.
I have innumerable tickets, proof of such a miserable 10 months I have had with them - with my web traffic plummeting to less than 10% of what it was before I transferred to them. Terrible.
Really terrible service and company - what a waste of PhP1200 (USD24).

😠 This hosting service is TERRIBLE. They have the worst reliability ever. They suspend your account without warning for not applying minor updates (Version 5.1 to 5.2.1) on Wordpress, the time my website has been up is probably only 10% - 90% of the time I do check my website the stupid THING IS DOWN - I make a ticket, it goes back online again and then I think all is well - probably a week later I decide to visit my website - THE EFFIN THING IS DOWN AGAIN - they are cheating their clients and the service they provide is non-existent - it is broad daylight theft. How many times do I have to keep on making tickets because my website is offline for WHAT REASON? Even if I don't touch my worpress and it is on automatic updates - a week later is DOWN AGAIN! Totally unacceptable. Even my free BYETHOST account only gave me one hiccup per year - Zoom.ph - which is paid has given me SO MANY PROBLEMS compared to free BYETHOST - and I have to pay for those problems. TERRIBLE.
