😠 The owner, Steve, is who you get transfered to if you ask to speak to a supervisor. He says that he listens to all calls and reads all e-mails, but will then tell you that for $7 a year, you can't expect to get any kind of support. The owner actually said that to me today! I'm hositng over 20 sites through them through various member IDs (to seperate who pays for what within our companies). That's $140 a year JUST for redirection and an additional $9 a year per site for hosting. So for over $320 a year, I expect some help when I call in. They sent me to another site, which led me to another site, then another, then I ended up BACK at ter-byte. His employee, Matt, is also as rude as Steve is, but Steve doesn't really care. Again, because for only $7 a year, I'm WASTING HIS TIME BY CALLING IN FOR SUPPORT. There's an easy solution to this, move my $320+/year elsewhere.
