😠 I have been their customer for many years since 2013(2013-2017), I can't say that the service is perfect I had multiple long downtimes with no cause explained/slow support responses, but as the price was good and fitted my SLA requirements I was happy.
However I changed my mind recently:
- my dedicated hardware server was transformed in vps without notification, without asking for my approval and without the notification once it was done
- my dedicated server(which in fact was already vps) I asked the cancellation was
deleted before the agreed date
So my advise is stay away from them

🗨 As according to our TOS spamming is not allowed so have to delete the super straight away to prevent further damage to our reputation. We carefully checked the abuse and found it was valid. Of course no refund will be given if you abuse our service, it doesn't work like that.
